When you fill in the inquiry form on this site, we collect the following data you provide yourself:
- Full name
- Company name
- Email and phone (if provided)
- Company size and industry
- Services of interest and a description of your situation
- Preferred contact method
This site does not currently use analytics or tracking tools and does not collect data about your browsing behaviour.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote, and where applicable to perform a service contract we agree on. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when submitting the form, or the preparation and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Data retention
Inquiry data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from your last contact with us. If the inquiry leads to a contractual relationship, data is retained in line with applicable tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.
5. Recipients of data
Your inquiry is delivered to Nettira.IT's email via a form-processing service provider. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Your data may be processed by our IT service providers (e.g. email or hosting providers) solely to operate this website, under a data processing agreement.
